Back @ work

After 1week of absence at work, I'm finally back at work today...

I'm not sick.
I'm not on leave.

I took off days to attend my grandpa's funeral... :< The purpose of penning this entry is not to show my frens or whoever is visiting my blog what happened. It's just a "memory reminder".

It all came so sudden on thur morning when my dad call me. It's sudden for me, for mum esp & for everyone in the family.

Rushed off from work to go to my grandpa's place. Saw him lying there motionlessly. The first time experience death in such a way... Can't help but tears just welled up in my eyes...

"He's just sleeping. He's not dead." That's probably all of them are thinking to themselves...

Emotions went down a little after that, helped out in setting up the funeral at the void deck. Everyone has got their role to play. The usual chanting & prayer session went on for that couple of days.

Came the day when it's time to cremate the body.. It's hard for everyone, having to part with ah gong... But it's just right before our eyes... He's gone, physically. But not in our hearts...
